What To Expect From Your First Visit?
We want your first visit to feel comfortable, clear, and stress-free. During your appointment, you’ll meet with one of our trusted healthcare providers to discuss your health concerns, review your medical history, and ask any questions you may have. To help us serve you better and minimize wait times, you’ll receive an email about five days before your scheduled visit with a link to complete your new patient forms online. We recommend arriving about 30 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in. If you’ve had any recent tests, lab work, or imaging, please bring copies of your results—or ensure your primary care provider has sent them to us in advance.

We offer Telemedicine appointments so you can consult with our licensed providers from the comfort of your home. Using our HIPAA-compliant doxy.me platform, you’ll have a secure face-to-face video chat via your phone, tablet, or computer. Whether it’s for a routine follow-up or a new concern, your care is just a click away.
How It Works?
Once your telemedicine appointment is scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation email or text with a secure link to join your session via doxy.me.
About 15–20 minutes before your appointment, please turn on your device (smartphone, tablet, or computer) with a camera and microphone. Use Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox for best performance.
Click the link provided, enter your name, and press “Check-In.” Your session is fully encrypted and HIPAA-compliant for your privacy and safety.
Allow your browser to access your camera and microphone when prompted to ensure a smooth connection.
You’ll enter our secure virtual waiting room. Your provider will begin the session shortly.
